Sponsorship can be the difference between a financially successful team or tournament, and one which struggles to survive. Even though you may think your team or event has little to offer sponsors, creativity can often yield surprising results.

It may be easier to get a sponsor to donate items, instead of money. You may be able to find a local sports store to donate shirts, or a local embroidery firm to donate the logos, in exchange for advertising on the shirt. Companies may also donate items which can be auctioned off to raise money for trips or field maintenance.I found some more information here.

If you are looking for money then you need to determine how much you should charge. Make sure you base the price on what you offer sponsors, not what you need the sponsors to pay. Try and estimate how many people will see the advertising by counting how many spectators you have at home games and whether the sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the road. The more people will see it, the more you will be able to justify charging.

Finding sponsors takes persistence. If you are struggling, then try looking at whether you’re charging a realistic price for what you can offer.

Ken Butler III was always going to be a great athlete. He had that look and build of a sportsman, even when he was in high school. However, not everyone thought that racing would be is calling. He was an all American athlete when he was in high school and he even helped his school to an undefeated season and state championship. However, he took up racing because of his brother. His brother was considered the more talented of the two, but Ken always wanted to make a name for himself in the world of racing.

Things began to change for him when he took part in a few junior tournament races. His brother was in these races as well, but Ken Butler III managed to beat him and everyone else to victory. This was quite remarkable, and he was beginning to emerge from Brett’s shadow. After this, he ended up getting a Nascar contract.

His first few Nascar seasons were up and down, as mistakes were there as often as great drives were. However, he has encountered a new maturity and has since won the Nascar title. He is now one of the stars of the sport and is sitting pretty as a Nascar driver.

The success of Brett Butler ended on a hot day at the Darlington Raceway on lap 19 when he was forced out of his last race. Up to that point, Michael Waltrip and Rick Ware had both tried to develop this young driver. Brett was extremely popular with the crowds wherever he raced, but did not have the guts to become a truly remarkable driver.

Before that day at Darlington Raceway, Brett was signed by Rick Ware to drive for him in the new Truck Series program in 2009. Ware hoped that Brett would be successful in this series and develop the attitude that a NASCAR series driver must have. At first, Brett was successful winning at the Daytona International Speedway, but that would be his only success in the series. Soon Ware cut him loose.

Prior to that Waltrip tried to develop Brett Butler in the Hooter’s USAR Pro Cup Series. The crowds at the track loved this young man, but he did not have success on the track. Waltrip soon let Butler go.

It is doubtful that we will ever see this driver again, but time will only tell for sure. He was a crowd favorite wherever he went, but did not seem to be a truly remarkable driver.

Brett Butler is the younger brother of Ken Butler III. He was born on April 10, 1985, and was a star wrestler for Parkview High school in Lilburn, Georgia.

He started his racing career in go-kart in 2000. He then moved on to Aaron’s Pro Challenge at the age of eighteen. The Aaron’s Pro Challenge is a program developed mainly in order to develop new drivers. During this time, Brett Butler finished in the top ten 22 times. Then at the age of 20, Brett started competing part time at the Dodge Weekly Racing Series in Hickory, North Carolina.

After cutting his teeth at these smaller events, Brett was signed by Michael Waltrip in the driver development program. Under Waltrip’s direction, he began racing in the Hooter’s USAR Pro Cup Series. Although he was an extremely popular driver, he saw remarkably little success and a year later return ed to the Pro Cup series races.

In 2009, Brett advanced to driving for Rick Ware in the brand new Truck Series. He won the Truck Race at Daytona International Speedway. However, Brett would not experience any more success during the season. He then ran one race during 2010. This race occurred at Darlington Raceway. He was forced out of the race on lap 19.The information doesn’t stop now.

I would have loved to say otherwise, but it is evident enough that drag racing is one of the most dangerous and deadly hobbies. However, the fun that comes with the racing makes it to be one of the best and most loved sports in the world today. You should know that drag racing is termed illegal by law in most areas of the U.S.
A drag race becomes even more dangerous for it is not done late at night on long stretches of road. Most of the drivers who engage in the races are inexperienced and are therefore not qualified to race. You can find a quick rundown here Some people do it for the love of the money, while there are others that do it just for the fun of it.
The good news however is that if you love the racing, you can still get to participate in it. The U.S has some legal drag racing, which is done in a safe track. Just like the street drag, two vehicles get to compete against each other along a long track. The cars have to be fitted with a parachute, which is set to help slow down the car past the finish line. National Hot Rod Association is the body in charge with majority of drag races in the United States. There are five classes in drag racing in the NHRA, which is; Top Fuel Dragster, the Pro Modified, the Pro Stock, Top Fuel Funny Car, and the Pro Stock Bike. The professional classes include the Super Stock, the Sport Compact, and the Top Sportsman among others.

Ken Butler III, commonly known as KB3, is a very talented NASCAR driver and is not what you would call a spoiled brat. Sure he grew up in a rich family, but the comments that he receives on a regular basis would have him believe that he wouldn’t have gotten anywhere without the help of his father’s money. However, on this fact KB3 does not deny that he has received substantial amount of financial support from his father. But this is easily dismissed due to the fact that every NASCAR driver has some sort of funding be it from sponsors, special organizations, or family members. The money has to come from somewhere, and in Butler’s case, it comes from his father. Butler first got interested in racing when he saw a Kart race with his brother, Brett. Soon after, he became hooked on the sport of car racing, and he ended up buying two karts a few weeks later. A little while after that, Aaron’s Rents, the company that Ken Butler II ran, ended up sponsoring a race car. Soon the whole family was in on NASCAR. Since then, KB3 has driven in several races, but has a limited budget, and sometimes it is hard to meet everything you need to with the type of competition that you have. But KB3 is a happy go lucky guy and he hasn’t taken anything in his career for granted. NASCAR is certainly expecting great things out of him as the years progress.
