Ken Butler III, commonly known as KB3, is a very talented NASCAR driver and is not what you would call a spoiled brat. Sure he grew up in a rich family, but the comments that he receives on a regular basis would have him believe that he wouldn’t have gotten anywhere without the help of his father’s money. However, on this fact KB3 does not deny that he has received substantial amount of financial support from his father. But this is easily dismissed due to the fact that every NASCAR driver has some sort of funding be it from sponsors, special organizations, or family members. The money has to come from somewhere, and in Butler’s case, it comes from his father. Butler first got interested in racing when he saw a Kart race with his brother, Brett. Soon after, he became hooked on the sport of car racing, and he ended up buying two karts a few weeks later. A little while after that, Aaron’s Rents, the company that Ken Butler II ran, ended up sponsoring a race car. Soon the whole family was in on NASCAR. Since then, KB3 has driven in several races, but has a limited budget, and sometimes it is hard to meet everything you need to with the type of competition that you have. But KB3 is a happy go lucky guy and he hasn’t taken anything in his career for granted. NASCAR is certainly expecting great things out of him as the years progress.
